inconsistent template path for twig

Description
When using 10.twig = file:... Twig looks for the template relative to the <site path> (i.e. the webroot)
instead of the project path (as given in qfq.project.path.php) where reports are located.
Twig prevents loading templates outside the configured pathes, so one can not just use .. to get there, if it is outside the webroot.
(In addition, it would be nice, if _script was relative to the project path as well)
