Description

typeAheadLimit and typeAheadMinLength are not showing the values defined in first layer of form parameters

Precondition:
Have type head field in the form

Steps:
1. open form
2. edit parameter in layout pill
3. Assign values:
typeAheadLimit=3
typeAheadMaxLength=11
4. Save

Expected results: The assigned values should be applied i.e. data-typeahead-limit=11 and data-typeahead-minlength=3

Actual results: The assigned values are not applied, it still shows the default values data-typeahead-limit=20 and data-typeahead-minlength=2
