Description

Je nachdem was man tippt bekommt man eine entsprechende Auswahlliste angezeigt.
Zurueck kommt z.B. der vollstaendige Name oder uzhShortname.

BEnoetigt EV fuer HMS:
- Anita muss Reviewer auswaehlen und anlegen (sind vorher noch nicht in der DB)
- Bewerber muss Prof/PD auswaehlen der noch nicht in der HMS DB ist.
