* Benj will implement new positioning, function, display of Alerts
* Alerts will be displayed
** as HTML response from QFQ (e.g. the rendering of a forms breaks completely, Check for #3424 in BuildFormBootstrap.php to force a fatal error).
*** E.g.: sql error in QFQ report should look nicely.
** as JSON stream
*** Alert (error, with collapsed / expanded message)
*** Notification (record saved)
*** Question (do you want to save first)
* Error Messages should display a timestamp.
