{{sqlLog:Y}} returns empty string when not configured

Description
When the QFQ config for sqlLog (or qfqLog, mailLog) is empty, the default log directory (fileadmin/protected/qfqProject/log/sql.log) is used.
When retrieving {{sqlLog:Y}} from the System Store, this returns an empty string (corresponding to the config value).
Expected behavior: When there's no specific log path configured, I would expect it to return the default/actual path to the log file.
