Printer J11 is currently out of order. We will inform again as soon as we solved the problem.

Meanwhile, please use printer JCOLOR or K.

Upadate/CR: the printer has been temporarily replaced. Printing should be fine at the moment.
Upadate/CR: the original printer is back in place. The primary problem was some scrap of paper inside the duplexer. Beside that, the printer firmware crashed completely during printing of duplex jobs.
