Dear all

the 7 year old compute host baxter, better known as compute, has been died. Due to the age of 7 years, we won't repair the server - the machine is 'end of life'.

The hostname compute now directs to crous - that one has more recent CPUs, more CPUs and 4 times more memory.

If you now log in to compute, you'll receive the warning

Please follow the advice to remove the old keys from your personal hostkey - check for the message for `ssh-keygen -f ...` (maybe there are two of them) when you try to login.
