[New] Homepage: Simple exercise upload
A new method to offer file downloads via homepage to the students
In the past, all lecture files (exercises, scripts, solutions, notes, ...) had to be uploaded via a webinterface in LI.
From now on, there is a second possibility: copy the files to `/scratch/share/vorlesungen/<module>/<semester>/web` and they will be displayed.
