[Update] Test for Thinlinc Update

Dear all

Thinlinc and Ubuntu will be updated next week. This week we'll start a beta test and ask everyone to use and test the new thinlinc.

How to use and latest information will be published under https://wiki.math.uzh.ch/public/thinlinc/4.13.
