There was a problem that the 'UZH shortname' user credentials are case insensitive for the username. As a result, some user accounts has been created with wrong lower/upper case characters. This is fixed now.

Purged and reinstalled flashplugin-installer on all tlX since some machines had not installed the latest version.

A new approach for our ticket management comes up: maybe redmine is a good choice.
