Dynamic Update: load(post) triggers 'check required' - makes no sense during filling a form

Description
If there is a form with
field 1 = required
field 2 = dynamic update
and the user changes field 2 and field 1 is not given, the 'load()' complains about a missing value in field 1. During load(post) there should be probably no check of 'required'.
