Dear all

Starting around 15:00 the institutes firewall seems to behave weird. As result a lot of services (Web, Thinlinc, ...) have been interrupted. We activated a workaround and all services seems to become available again.

Sorry for the touble.

Im genannten Zeitraum finden Arbeiten an den Core- und Internet-Router uzhix1, uzhrtfu1 und uzhrtvx1 statt.
Während den Arbeiten wird der Verkehr über redundante Pfade geleitet. Es kann dennoch zu Verbindungsunterbrüchen kommen.

Betroffene Dienst der Zentralen Informatik:

- Core Netzwerk der UZH
- Internet Zugang

The git server is instable currently due to disk full problem. We're working on it.

09:40 - The problem was a full disk. But not the size of files but the number of it has been exhausted. We deleted some files and it seems the server is stable again. We have to do some more investigations to find the real cause of huge number of files. / Carsten

The announced thinlince server reboot has been done - all servers are available again.
