A missconfiguration on the Cloud NFS exports made the share unavailable to the cloud bare metals. As ar result, the local filesystem of all virtual machines becomes read only. Regain read/write access is only possible by power off and on of all virtual machine.
The institutes mailserver have been upgraded to the latest OS and Zimbra version.

During the maintenance time:
- The mail server is completely offline.
- Arriving emails will be delivered in the following hours.
Details:
- OS Update from Ubuntu 12.04 to 14.04.
- Zimbra Update from 8.0.7 to 8.6.0.
- The mailserver becomes a virtual machine.
- The new CPUs will be 2 times faster than the old ones.
- The main memory will be doubled from 8GB to 16GB.
- The local disk storage will be increased to 1.3TB (300GB used at 06/2015).
All active S-Accounts from students have been renamed to their uzh_shortname.
The latest version will be started by default.
If needed, the older versions can be started via commandline (mathematica-9.0, mathematica-8.0.4, ...).
Installation images can be downloaded from `/scratch/software/math/mathematica/10.1.0` or as described under https://www.s3it.uzh.ch/software/mathematica/.
Create I-MATH Support Tickets via commandline. The script behaves like the commandline tool `mail`
Example 1: create a ticket with subject 'Printer J11' and the body 'Please replace the toner, it's empty.'

Example 2: create a ticket with the subject 'long error message' and as the body the content of a text file

Check further options with 'ttt -h'
There was a problem that the 'UZH shortname' user credentials are case insensitive for the username. As a result, some user accounts has been created with wrong lower/upper case characters. This is fixed now.
